New WUEP pair-wise research site is online!

Today I assisted with the installation of water meters on a homeowner property participating in Miami-Dade Extension's Water-use Efficiency Program.

We retrofitted the irrigation system (on municipal water) from mechanical to digital at both the timer level and the zone level.

Two of the three zones will be monitored to demonstrate that soil water sensor systems do in fact contribute to water savings.

What a great job Isaya did on his thesis! He is currently working on his PhD and will be part of the C111 project we have with the SFWMD. I know he will do a great job!
